HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

EASY STEPS TO RENEW YOUR NYSAFAH MEMBERSHIP

As we transition to a new member management portal in 2023, there are two, easy ways that NYSAFAH members can renew their membership. Below are instructions for our renewal options. Option 2 will be the preferred method of renewal going forward.

Option #1: Pay Your Invoice Online via Quickbooks

On December 1, 2022, NYSAFAH members were sent a renewal invoice from our Quickbooks account (NYSAFAH quickbooks@notification.intuit.com). An example of this email is pictured on the right. To have your invoice resent, please email elizabeth@nysafah.org.

From this email you can view your attached 2023 invoice. You then have the option to click the link to pay the amount online. If you prefer to pay by check, you can print out the attached invoice and include it with your check.

Option #2: Renew Your membership online through our new member portal!

This is the preferred way to renew your NYSAFAH membership and the way we will be processing renewals in the future unless paying by check is absolutely necessary.

Visit the NYSAFAH website at www.nysafah.org or by clicking here and click on the MEMBER LOGIN button at the top right hand corner of the page.

If you have member portal credentials, you can enter them to login to your account. If you do not have your credentials, please select “request password” and enter the email associated with your firm’s membership. There is only one member account per firm. If no account is located please email christopher@nysafah.org and we will manually send your password reset.

Under the ABOUT tab, scroll down and click on the “SELECT MEMBERSHP” button.

Select your dues only membership level. Once you have made that selection you have the option to scroll down if you would like to enhance your membership with an all-inclusive membership package that includes conference sponsorship, branding, event tickets, and other benefits.

Finally, enter your credit card information and then click “SAVE & CONTINUE” to complete the transaction by following the instructions on the next page. You will have the option to select automatic renewal of your membership for future years (and sponsorship package if you selected one) if you would like to do so.
