Lisa Management is a boutique management company originally established to manage properties – whether rental, condominium, or cooperative – developed by the Hudson Companies to ensure that the developments operate as efficiently as possible. Our current portfolio is a mix of rental, condominium, and low-income apartment buildings totaling just about 2,026 residential units, ninety- five commercial and retail spaces, and one private townhouse. We believe that our twenty years’ experience providing services to a diverse collection of properties provides us with the experience necessary to tailor our services to the unique needs of a variety of buildings.

We are currently looking for applicants to join a role in the field of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance. The projects goal is to establish income eligibility for 400 tenants currently living within an affordable housing preservation project in Brooklyn, New York.

Requirements:

· Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of affordable housing experience;

· Experience executing annual Tenant Income Certification (TIC) forms and the processes associated with certification and determining program eligibility

· Experience administrating leases subject to Rent Stabilization in New York City. This includes calculating rent increases according to Rent Stabilization guidelines

· Experience working with property management software (MDS Preferred) and Excel.

· Exemplary oral and written communication skills.

· Knowledgeable of LIHTC, Tax Credit Credit Certification Required

· Knowledgeable of NYCHA, Section 8, LINC and other city, state and/or government subsidy program;
