Related Management has an opportunity for a Sr. Training Specialist, within the affordable property management portfolio, responsible for coordinating, preparing and delivering training within the Affordable platform specific to RealPage OneSite. This role will provide training resources and tools to employees, as well as facilitating courses on operations, compliance, standard operating procedures and property management specific RealPage OneSite software training.

Essential Functions:

  • Train colleagues on Realpage system use and functions in RMC’s affordable division.
  • Assess population’s training needs, create/curate content, and evaluate training transfer.
  • Utilize Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) to assign, host, and track training efforts.
  • Lead employee training using multiple channels including in-person, webinars, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with learning and development team to enhance training transfer.
  • Work with regional executives to ensure managers’ system proficiency and coordinate learning efforts.
  • Innovate and implement new usage improvements for increased effectiveness.

  • 3+ years training experience with geographically disparate populations.
  • Familiarity with affordable housing programs and their compliance requirements, including tax credit and HUD programs.
  • 3-5 years of RealPage OneSite affordable experience.
  • HUD/LIHTC certifications such as C3P, HCCP, COS, TCS, BOS or equivalent.
